How to Submit Web to Directory.

As you know The directory submission still have impact in to SEO, even now people still not trust the good effect Backlinks from Web directory ( exclude spammy directory ). Today i just receive message from one of my customer that asking why my directory got Rejected , so i decide to write this article and let all my customer read it as reference for submitting their websites.

The Title
This Section is really important as first impression to web directory editors or people seeking information , Me as editor of Ellys Directory , I prefer to accecpt listing that using their Domains Names without "www" and their domain extension. Example :

1. http://www.ellysdirectory.com = Ellys Directory
2. http://www.myseotools.co.uk/backlinks-checker-tool.php = Backlinks Checker :: My Seo Tool

i believe all editor of directory will prefer that too.

Description
After Title as first impression , description too you need to write description easy to read, simple and understandable so people and editors understand about your site what your product. Example :

1. Ellys Directory = A Paid General Web Directory .
2. Backlinks Checker :: My Seo Tool = The Tool that let you analyze your competitor backlinks with their anchor text.

Meta Tag
This Meta tag too you need do it same like description.

If you following this Guide i believe this will increasing your Change to Get listed on Any Directory by 25% - 40% , also it's depend how many submission they receive in a day. ^.^

The Tools that Webmasters Needed

Update tentang Ellys Directory.

Kehebatan Perusahaan/Jasa SEO

Unnatural Backlinks/Links by Google Webmaster

Backlinks / Links pointing to your website really have big impact for Search engine result rank(SERP) and Page Rank it self. More Backlinks or links point to your website that mean more visitor will come that is simple thing long time ago.

But today that "Simple Thing" is more complicated than before, why ??Search Engine (google) start to sent message VIA Google Webmaster Tools about unnatural links to their site..

What is Unnatural Links??
Owner/Webmaster start gather links not using proper technique in order to manipulate their Search Engine Result or Pagerank, or we called that technique is " Black Hat Method". ex for Black Technique SEO :

1. Using submitter software.
2. Buying Links (Not related niche).
3. Too much Keyword and repeat keyword.

these 3 was major of black hat method SEO , even lot people got message regarding unnatural links it's seems people still not losing their interest to Black Hat Method until now.

Google Encouraging Webmaster ??

On this 2014 so many thing (will) happen, about how to Build your Website linking. As we know Head of Spam Division of Google , Matt Cutts "Encourage webmaster to do not use Article Directory for Links". So it's mean Google already label Article Directory as Spam ??So next how to do right SEO on google eye's in future??Lol

Here the statement of Matt Cutts on twitter : https://twitter.com/mattcutts/status/428607043037958144 .
Here take a look on his Video :

Long time ago people using article directory to build their link which they write content and insert 2 or 3 links on that article with their keywords and hoping people who read it re-posting that article on their website page including links contain inside to increasing their rank. But today Matt Cutts recommend webmaster to not do that kind technique anymore.

in my opinion he means to leave article directory that doesn't have professional editorial or spammy , duplicate article directory. So maybe we need more selective to find Good Source for Link Building .

Is Directory Losing Thier Worth?

Now day many argument, pros & cons about Website/Article Directory usefullness , some webmaster said that Directory Submission already lose their worth on SEO ( Search Engine Optimization ), is that true? in my opinion, Directory submission still have great pace on SEO.

What is Article & Website Directory? is Container for Website or Article, with well manage Category or Subject in to hierarchical structure. You can refer Article & Website Directory as an encyclopedia that people find information related with they need.

Directory Submission will helping you got Valuable Backlinks/Links to your Website , and Directory Submission was 1 Important way SEO technique, that will help you Business got Good rank On Search Engine.

I read on some forum they told me like this about Directory Submission,

If you used the same Title and Description then you have done immeasurable damage to your website.

I totally agree about using duplicate/same Description when submit your website on Directory , but about Title , can you make Different Title each Submit ?? i don't think so. You can do it if Only 10 Submit but over Hundred? thousand?.

All i can say , "not all you hear/read was right" ,Way to do Directory submission is :

• Submit Your Business on proper/related niche with your Website
• Never Use Apps for Directory Submission, better shake your own foot , ( Google Hates all about automatic stuff )
• Avoid Link Farm Directory ( Auto - Approved Directory )
• Do Not use exactly Same Description every submit.

Some Directory that we highly recommend for your Business: Dmoz , Yahoo Directory (Y Dir is Closing) , Ellys Directory , Business Directory , Website Directory , Leelgo  , Maxlinks

Kind Of SEO

I'll remind you bit about SEO ( Search Engine Optimization ) you also can read it on Search Engine Characteristic article. That 2 kind SEO technique which , On Page & Off Page. So i will start from On Page first. This to is the most important for your business now day, some webmaster said well doin On page & Off Page SEO will making your Webpage get high rank on Search Engine Organic Result.

On Page SEO
Like I said before, you playground will be on your webpage/website, there some important point on this On Page technique :

• Title Tag
• Meta tag ( Description & Keyword )
• Content Writing
• Keyword Density ( do not over doin this )

"Google said if you putting Tag on your webpage the best practice was the relevancy of your Content Information with the 'TAG' , that creating for User/Human not for Search Engine or Bots." so you need to making your 'TAG' that describe your Webpage ,

Off Page SEO
You will working outside your Webpage , that mean you need to creating links/backlinks pointing to your webpage, what is Backlinks ?? Backlinks is like some recommendation from other webpage in order to increasing your Ranking on Search Engine Result. So How To get This BackLinks ?? Easy as flipping your palm, here is it :

• Article & Website Directory Submission
• Social Bookmarking
• Social Marketing
• Guest Post
• Forum Signature ( Active on Forum/Community )

"
But on 2013 PR result doesn't determined by your Quantity Inbound Links anymore , on 2013 google PR algorithm decide your PR level on Quality of Links pointing to you & Relevancy of the Links. So it's will be nice if you working based on Quality not Quantity. "

So Be careful to searching Backlinks. LoL

Search Engine Characteristic

Starting Optimizing your business to making money so to starting it you must submitting your webpage to Various Search Engine so they can sent their spider/crawler to collect your web page data and index it to Search Engine Google Add URL, then you must starting to learn characteristic of Search Engine , so what we waiting again let's roll the camera. LOL

Let's See how search engine look like first, usually search engine will looking like this image, on first result will be Paid Result ( advertisement ) then Comparison result after that Organic Result. To make more Sales to your Business You need make your website listed on first row on organic result with your keyword. ex:"Software or what ever you want" .

Why Must on First Row ?

I Know you will asking this stuff, even you don't tell me. LOL. Now day 50% visitor/costumer/people of search engine will "Pay a Visit" to first Row result then 20% on second row, third row for 10% and so on. That mean if you on 10 Row or more you just get visitor flow less than 10% , that will lowing your change to get Sales for your product. Webmaster Will Say like this " No Traffic (Visitor) same like No Sales".

So What Must i Do to Get Higher Rank ?

First you need to do is Optimize your Website for Search Engine & Costumer or commonly people known it as SEO ( Search Engine Optimization ), What is That ? SEO is technique to making your web page get more visibility on Search Result ' Natural' or 'Paid Result'.

There to 2 SEO technique which i'll describe on below :

1. On Page SEO : Like the name Your Play area will on Content, Your Webpage
2. Off Page SEO : Outside of your Web Page.

I'll Stop again on here, Thanks For Reading
